Short version: Stackd School does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data stays on your device.
This Privacy Policy describes how Stackd Apps ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Stackd School mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and families who use our App.
Stackd School is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
The only data the App stores is saved locally on your device using your device's built-in storage, and includes:
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
We do not collect:
Stackd School is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Because all data is stored locally on your device and we collect no personal information whatsoever, there is no data about children on our servers. Parents and guardians maintain full control over all information entered into the App at all times.
Stackd School contains no advertisements. We do not work with any advertising networks or allow any third-party ads within the App.
Stackd School offers optional premium subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or billing information.
We may introduce an optional account feature in a future update that allows families to back up and sync their data across devices. This feature will be entirely optional. If and when it is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated and parents will be notified before any data leaves their device. No such feature exists in the current version of the App.
The current version of Stackd School does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. Your data is yours alone.
All app data is stored using your device's native local storage, which is protected by your device's built-in security. We recommend using a device PIN or password to protect your device and the data within it.
You can delete all app data at any time by going to Parent → Settings → Factory Reset within the App, or by uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
